Overall job role:
This job guideline describes the nature and level of assignments normally given in this

Roles and Responsibilities:
⮞ Answering telephone calls, responding to queries and replying to emails
⮞ Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members
⮞ Taking inventory and ordering office supplies
⮞ Scheduling meetings and taking notes
⮞ Updating computer records
⮞ Maintaining office correspondences
⮞ Making travel arrangements for staff if necessary
⮞ Printing and photocopying paperwork
⮞ Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
⮞ Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
⮞ Systematically filing important confidential company documents
⮞ Assisting the HR department with administrative task
⮞ Support for Bank documents?
⮞ Support for providing allowances to employees

Qualifications & Profile required

⮞ Having read a Diploma or Degree in Administration or any equivalent
⮞ Advantage will be given to candidates familiar with or inclined to learn and work with
key populations and communities and to learn about HIV/Aids, Drug Use and Harm
Reduction
⮞ Good in Microsoft Office and communication skills
⮞ Good interpersonal skills and organisational skills
⮞ Ability to work under pressure and multitask
⮞ Fluent in English, French and Creole both spoken and written
⮞ Exceptional customer service skills
